I am Lian and I live in Northamptonshire, England. I have around 50 rats . I have two dogs a Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Oliver & Paddy a Chocolate Labrador. I also have a Senegal called Pebbles. I
am a member of the N.F.R.S
for which I am a Championship & Assessor judge and currently holds the position of
judge's training co-ordinator. I am also a member of L.S.C.M.R.C. I qualified to register my stud name with the National Fancy Rat Society in 1999 with a Blue Agouti buck (Rowangate Fruit Bat) that was bred by me obtaining eight stars and becoming a Silver Variety Champion. The name Rowangate comes from the belief/myth that a mountain ash tree (rowan) planted by the gate of a house helps keep away witches and evil spirits. For
details on how a Stud is qualified for and registered with the National Fancy
Rat Society
